Origin Assured programme welcomes a new auction house
On 7th January 2009 the International Fur Trade Federation (IFTF) signed a Trade Mark Licence Agreement with Fur Harvesters Auction Inc of Canada with respect to the Origin Assured (OA™) label.
Fur Harvesters are now entitled to use the OA™ mark when selling OA™ listed skins and to distribute the OA™ labels for those skins. OA™ labels have been made available to customers at their auction on January 9th 2009.
Fur Harvesters join those auction houses that are already partners in the OA™ programme, namely American Legend, Finnish Fur Sales/SAGA Fur, Kopenhagen Fur and North American Fur Auctions.
This is another important stage in the continuing growth of the Origin Assured programme. The IFTF are delighted to welcome Fur Harvesters and look forward to further expansion of the programme in the months ahead.
